Wisam is the Principal of Optimum Lawyers, bringing a wealth of international legal experience. He graduated with an Honours Law Degree from Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom in 1998. He was subsequently admitted as a lawyer in Israel and later in New South Wales (NSW), Australia. Wisam has extensive expertise in complex real estate conveyancing, handling both residential and commercial transactions. His experience includes sales and purchases of off-the-plan properties, subdivisions, drafting retail and commercial leases, and preparing intricate Put & Call Options Agreements and mortgages, acting for both mortgagors and mortgagees. In addition, Wisam possesses broad knowledge in general commercial transactions, including joint ventures, buying and selling shares, and drafting contracts for the sale of businesses. He represents both vendors and purchasers and has prepared various commercial documents, such as Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Licensing and Maintenance Agreements, Services Agreements, and Commission Agreements. Wisam is also proficient in civil claims matters, regularly appearing in court, drafting pleadings, and preparing evidence for civil litigation cases. He has exceptional knowledge of the Family Law Act, Family Provisions Act, and Property Relationships Act. Additionally, he drafts Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents. Fluent in Arabic and Hebrew, Wisam’s linguistic skills enhance his ability to serve a diverse clientele. He has also volunteered as a legal advisor and crisis support worker in Wellington, New Zealand, and has played professional representative basketball.
